You will spend your time maintaining and growing existing corporate customers within the beauty, retail, telecoms and financial services sectors.

Core responsibilities will typically include:

  • Maintain regular contact with existing clients.
  • Grow new client contacts within existing clients accounts.
  • Identify upsell and cross sell opportunities / increase spend within existing client accounts.
  • Managing the CRM system (HubSpot) ensuring all activity is recorded.

Expected Qualifications, Skills & Experience:

  • Relevant B2B experience.
  • Confident communication skills both on the telephone and email.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Proactive and positive mindset.
  • Experienced working with a CRM system, HubSpot ideal.
  • Proficient working with MS Office 365.
