This is a pure Account Management role – 100% existing business – no cold calling, no sales admin. You’ll be given a portfolio of high-profile accounts from day one and supported by an Account Executive to help with admin and order processing.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Nurture and grow relationships with HR, Marketing & Procurement contacts
  • Expand contacts and spend within existing client accounts
  • Deliver on client briefs, ensuring high quality service and creative solutions
  • Use HubSpot CRM to manage pipeline and activities

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven B2B Account Management experience
  • Confident managing global or high-profile corporate clients
  • Comfortable dealing with senior stakeholders in HR, Marketing & Procurement
  • Proactive, collaborative, and highly organised
  • Comfortable with CRM systems (HubSpot ideal) and MS Office 365
  • Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
