Accountant - Caterham

Independent Chartered Accountant and Tax Adviser Practice looking for an Accountant to join their team.

Package:

• Basic Salary £50k per annum.
• 22 days holiday (+ Bank Holidays).

Location: Caterham office, parking onsite, Monday to Friday 9am-5.15pm.

Core responsibilities will typically include:

• Manage your own portfolio of clients.
• Preparation of statutory financial accounts.
• Preparation of sole trader/partnership accounts.
• Preparing of corporation tax computations and returns.
• Preparing of individual self-assessment tax returns.
• Dealing with HMRC.
• Advising on client’s queries.

Expected Qualifications, Skills & Experience:

• ACA or ACCA qualified (candidates at final stage exams also considered).
• Relevant post qualified practice experience.
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel & Cloud based accounting packages.
• QuickBooks, Sage, Xero, Iris, CCH Central.
• Ability to hit the ground running and deal with a fast paced, varied environment.
