Appointment Setter – Project Sales Horndean Up to £50,000 Basic + Quarterly Bonuses Optional 4-Day Week
We’re hiring a confident B2B Appointment Setter to join a leading name in the Industrial Door sector.
You’ll be engaging Architects, Contractors, and Industrial End-Users, securing qualified meetings for a Sales Manager and helping drive high-value commercial projects.
What’s on offer: ✔ Up to £50,000 basic salary ✔ Company profit share + personal performance bonuses (quarterly) ✔ Monday to Friday 7.30am-4.30pm or 8am-5pm ✔ Optional 4-day week ✔ 22–25 days holiday + Bank Holidays ✔ Full training provided ✔ Warm CRM database – no cold prospecting from scratch ✔ Supportive, team-focused culture
We’re looking for: • Proven B2B outbound calling / appointment setting experience • Confident telephone manner • CRM experience • Self-motivated and target-driven
