Key responsibilities will typically include:

  • Plan your own week - spend 4 days a week on patch
  • 1 day a week working from home 
  • Overall responsibility for sales and GP target on patch
  • Face to face meetings & calls to customers & prospects
  • Develop and nurture high spending accounts, track declining sales and develop
  • Work with Internal BD & Sales Teams on pricing, quotations, enquiries
  • CRM Management
  • Visit HQ in Surrey one day a month

Qualifications, Skills & Experience:

  • Area sales and business development experience
  • Previous experience in fast paced role with proven success of growth
  • A natural ability to build trust with customers
  • Highly organised and meticulous on time management
  • Exceptional communicator
  • Proficiency in MS Office and used to working with a CRM system

Ideally: you will come from the Construction Supplies / Building Materials Sector and have experience selling into Fit-Out Contractors and Main Contractors
