Core responsibilities will typically include:

• Inspection of privately rented properties.
• Carry out stock condition surveys at of occupied private rented dwellings. 
• Re-inspections to ensure all non-compliance issues are resolved. 
• Liaising with the Administration team who will book your appointments.
• Report writing and documenting photos, submitted on bespoke system.

Expected Qualifications, Skills & Experience:

• Be a member of the Institute of Clerk of Works or UK equivalent or hold a full course certificate in building.
• Experience of surveying private residential properties.
• Knowledge of the current Building and Housing Regs 2019 (standards for rental houses)
• Outstanding attention to detail.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Driver’s licence.
