Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the sales strategy across a portfolio of alternative investment products.
  • Source, pitch, and close investment from new and existing HNW and professional investor relationships.
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of potential investors across Europe, the Middle East, and Asia.
  • Expand and manage relationships with introducers, wealth managers, and brokers globally.
  • Provide market intelligence and investor feedback to internal teams for product development and strategy refinement.
  • Represent the company at investor meetings, virtual roadshows, and relevant industry events.

What You Bring

  • Proven track record in investment sales or business development, ideally in private credit, fixed-income, or structured products.
  • Experience with listed and unlisted securities, fixed-term bonds, and bespoke alternative investments.
  • Established network of HNWI, Family Offices, and professional investors.
  • Confidence in building a book of investors from scratch if needed.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage long-term investor relationships and external sales channels.
  • Experience working with or for product providers within the alternative investment space.
  • Strong commercial acumen and understanding of complex investment structures.
  • Qualifications such as CISI or equivalent are beneficial but not essential.

You are comfortable working autonomously, crafting and executing a business development strategy, and building long-term, trust-based investor relationships.
