Business Development Executive - Home Working - Coulsdon

Home based working 2 to 3 days a week and Head Office 2 days, flexible hours. Basic salary 30k per annum + bonus, realistic potential up to 10k+ per annum.  Successful family founded company trading for the last 30 years with an excellent reputation for outstanding customer satisfaction in the industry. You will be join a leading Supplier to the Commercial Fit Out Sector where your focus will be 100% new business, you will make a high volume of outbound calls every day to target B2B decision makers (database of leads to work from), primary aim of; securing an appointment for an External Sales Manager or successfully opening a customer account ready to purchase. Once the customer is on-board the ongoing account management is passed to the Internal Sales Team.

• Basic salary to 30k per annum + personal bonus (realistic potential up to 10k+ per annum)

Essentials:

• B2B Telephone new sales / business development experience
• Proven hands on experience appointment setting over the phone
• Enjoy making outbound B2B calls daily
• A natural ability to build trust quickly on the phone with new B2B contacts
• Understand how to record daily activity on a CRM system
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Motivated by targets and organised
• Exceptional communicator
