B2B Business Development Executive: Supportive Team - Positive Work Culture - Fast Paced - Customer Centric - Uncapped Commission - Career Progression into a Team Lead
You will be joining a leading Distributor where your role is 100% new business. You will be making a high volume of outbound calls every day to target B2B customers with the primary aim of; securing an appointment for an External Sales Manager or successfully opening a customer account ready to purchase. Once the customer is on-board the ongoing account management is passed to the Internal Sales Team.
Reporting into the Sales Manager you would work closely with the Internal Sales Team and Customer Support Teams. Working in a team of 2 initially, there is scope for you to develop into a Team Lead role as the department grows.
