Core Responsibilities:

• Create accurate, compliant designs for fire alarm and fire suppression systems
• Ensure all designs meet relevant standards and integrate with building fire strategies
• Support estimating, tendering, and project delivery with technical input and detailed documentation
• Collaborate with Engineering, Estimating and Project Delivery Teams

What We’re Looking For

Essential Qualifications & Experience:

• Relevant CAD qualification
• Proven CAD design experience in M&E or fire protection
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, BIM Level 2, and MS Office 365
• Understanding of basic construction practices
• Knowledge of  / can learn BS5839, BS8489, BS8458 standards
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach

Desirable:

• Experience in the fire alarm, water mist, or fire sprinkler industries
• Understanding of electrical systems
