Package:

  • Basic circa 40k per annum

Location: Head Office is based in central Brighton

Responsibilities will include:

  • You will be accountable for social, communities and email nurture targets
  • Organize and participate in events to build community and boost brand awareness
  • Build relationships with customers, potential customers, industry professionals and journalists
  • Set and implement social media & communication campaigns
  • Plan and execute the email nurture programme
  • Research, identify and engage existing digital communities & establish new
  • Provide engaging text, image and video content
  • Monitor and report on feedback and online reviews

Experience and competencies required:

  • Proven experience managing virtual communities within a B2B environment
  • Natural creative writing ability
  • Ability to identify and track relevant community metrics
  • Ability to interpret website traffic and digital customer engagement metrics
  • Knowledge of digital marketing and marketing channels
  • Commercially minded with an understanding of the B2B sales cycle
  • Outstanding communication skills
