Compliance Officer - Brighton

The Role

Working from their Head Office in Brighton, you will be instrumental in the implementation and management of compliance and business good practice within this rapidly expanding digital agency.

Responsibilities will typically include:

• Implement and manage an effective legal compliance programme
• Perform risk assessments to understand risk level, significance and scope
• Regularly audit company procedures, practices and documents to identify possible
  weaknesses or risk
• Ensure all employees are educated on the latest regulations and processes
• Completion of due diligence documentation / primary contact
• Keep up to date with and advise management on the company’s compliance
  obligations with legislation and regulations through detailed reporting

Qualifications, Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in a similar Compliance role
• Technical skills: excellent knowledge of legal requirements and procedures
• Fluency in: GDPR, PECR & ePrivacy
• Personal skills: analytical, authoritative, detail focused, confident and communicative
