Are you a Tech savvy organiser and communicator who enjoys delivering outstanding customer service? We are working with a leading name in the Home Automation Sector who are seeking an experienced Customer Service Executive to answer all their direct B2C customer (Homeowner) calls and emails.

This will suit a customer centric professional: who thrives on receiving a high volume of calls and emails daily: who gathers detail with meticulous attention: and capable of providing basic product advice and solutions for the end-user customer base. Intensive training is provided on all products and systems.

Package:

  • Basic salary 22K-25k per annum depending on experience 
  • Annual bonus
  • 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays
  • Post probation; 2 days working from home / 3 days at the HQ in Yeadon, Leeds.
  • Monday to Friday: 8.45-5pm

As a Customer Support Executive you will:

  • Be the first point of contact for homeowner customer queries via phone or email.
  • Providing 1st line trouble shooting / product support on products over the phone.
  • Escalate customer product problems as required.
  • Maintain up to date customer records in CRM.
  • Respond to all emails including follow up within agreed timeframes.

To be a successful a Customer Support Executive you will have the following skills and experience:

  • Experienced within a Customer Service / Customer Support role.
  • Be Tech savvy and have the ability to absorb product training and detail.
  • Solid knowledge of MS Office packages.
  • Previous experience of using a CRM system (Salesforce training provided).
  • Organised, methodical with outstanding communication skills
  • Professional telephone manner
  • Ability to problem solve, think on your feet and understand the customer’s needs.
