Core responsibilities will typically include:

• Managing and monitoring the website to maximise authority, health and google rankings.
• Responsible for the website performance KPIs to drive growth
• Drive & track digital metrics by using tools 
• SEO, keyword optimisation, backlink generation, supporting blog/content creation working with the Marketing team to execute new content
• Paid Search, Paid Social, PPC, Google text Ads
• Set up & management of Google Shopping & ongoing management
• Creating Google Ads, Google Analytics and other reports that are insightful and tangible
• Liaison with 3^rd party digital agency (Web / Developers)

Expected Qualifications, Skills & Experience:

• Digital experience in a relevant role
• SEO, PPC, Google Ads, Google Shopping, Paid Social Advertising
• HTML basics
• Familiar with CMS and back-end website platforms
• Supporting content creation for website and email Marketing
• Strong planning and prioritisation skills
• A passion for ecommerce and all things digital
• Commercially aware and be able to work towards set targets, focussing on conversion rates and average order values, whilst at the same time considering the needs of the customer.
• Confident, ambitious, and personable individual who naturally enjoys working in a fast-paced team environment
• Competent MS Office & CMS skills
