A growing, technology-driven engineering company is seeking a Global Director of Marketing & Business Development to lead the commercialisation of a proprietary industrial technology with significant global market potential.

This is an exceptional opportunity for a commercially focused leader to shape international marketing strategy, identify new market opportunities, and drive business growth for an innovative technology platform. Joining an agile, innovation-led organization, you'll work closely with an experienced executive team, influencing commercial strategy, expanding global market presence, and playing a pivotal role in positioning a breakthrough industrial technology as a recognised market leader.

The Opportunity

Reporting to the executive leadership team, you will:

• Develop and execute global marketing and branding strategies.
• Identify new markets, applications, and revenue opportunities.
• Lead business development initiatives and build strategic customer and partner relationships.
• Support product commercialization and new product introductions.
• Collaborate closely with engineering and sales teams to translate complex technologies into compelling customer solutions.
• Lead digital marketing initiatives including SEO, SEM, PPC, website optimisation, and demand generation.
• Represent the business at international trade shows and industry events.
• Be based on-site 5 days per week in Butte.

About You

We're looking for an experienced commercial leader with:

• 10+ years of senior marketing and business development experience.
• A proven track record marketing industrial equipment, engineered products, process technologies, or advanced manufacturing solutions.
• Experience developing new markets and driving commercial growth.
• Strong strategic planning, branding, and product commercialisation expertise.
• The ability to understand complex technical products and clearly communicate their value to customers.

Experience in materials mixing, powder processing, industrial processing equipment, or related technologies would be highly advantageous.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $165,000–$190,000
