Location: Remote (London-based)
Salary: £40,000 basic + Uncapped Commission (OTE £70k–£80k Year 1)

Your Role & Responsibilities:

Year 1 – Focus on New Business:

  • Generate new business and build a strong client portfolio
  • Identify, engage, and close opportunities across the B2B tech and media landscape
  • Develop a deep understanding of client needs and tailor lead generation solutions accordingly
  • Present to decision makers both virtually and in-person

Year 2 – Grow Existing Accounts:

  • Manage and grow existing accounts
  • Re-engage lapsed clients and nurture long-term relationships
  • Liaise with operations creative and data teams internally to ensure your clients’ campaigns are running at the highest standard possible.
  • Maintain and update a healthy sales pipeline using tools such as HubSpot and Sales Navigator

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven B2B sales success, ideally in a consultative or solution-based sales environment
  • Excellent communication & presentation skills – confident dealing with senior stakeholders
  • Target-driven and comfortable working towards revenue goals
  • Tech-savvy: Experience using CRM and sales tools like HubSpot, Sales Navigator, and LeadIQ
  • London-based due to regular in-person client meetings & events (1-2 per week)

Highly Desirable:

  • Experience in media sales or selling into media agencies
  • Additional European Language: French,Spanish or German.
