Executive Assistant - Purley

up to 42k basic per annum

Executive Assistant: exciting opportunity to join a high-profile Design Company supporting 2 Directors. You will be experienced in; supporting multiple stakeholders at senior level, office management, administration duties and comfortable managing your own projects and naturally enjoy working in a customer centric environment.

Package:

Monday to Friday: 8:00am-16.30 (flexible)

- Basic salary to 42k per annum doe

Role:

The successful Executive Assistant will be an outstanding communicator, have exceptional attention to detail and organisation skills and naturally excel in a fast paced and agile environment.

This role will be Head Office based, however, option of one day a week working from home is available.

  • Managing two busy inboxes and calendars
  • Entering dictated notes / actions into the CRM and ensuring system is updated
  • Arranging meetings, preparing documents and presentations for meetings
  • Minute taking and distributing of notes in internal meetings
  • Providing HR administration support in the on boarding process of new staff
  • Collaborating internally to ensure reporting is delivered on time and accurately
  • Manage projects such as the Company Document Library (creation & maintenance)
  • Arrange sales presentations including lunches and breakfasts etc.
  • Ad hoc facility / office management / administration duties

Experience required:

  • Advanced in MS Office
  • Accurate and efficient typing speed
  • Knowledge of working with CRM systems and exporting data for reporting
  • Strong diary and email management
  • Previous EA / PA / Secretarial experience at Director / Company Owner level
  • Previous experience of managing multiple Directors concurrently
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Outstanding organisation skills
  • Naturally proactive with the ability to form trusted working relationships
  • Ability to act and adapt fast to changing priorities
  • Flexible attitude
  • Friendly and professional manner and looking to work in a people centric company

Desirable: previous experience supporting senior Sales Directors
