We're seeking an ambitious Territory Sales Representative to drive growth across Greater London, developing relationships with independent retail customers and playing a key role in creating a scalable and profitable division from the ground up.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who thrives in a customer-facing, field-based environment and enjoys the challenge of opening new accounts and delivering measurable results.

Package & Benefits

  • Basic salary of £45,000+ per annum
  • Quarterly KPI bonus

  • Uncapped mileage reimbursement at 45p per mile

  • Typical week: 4 days visiting customers across your territory and 1 day with the team at the Slough headquarters

What You'll Be Doing

  • Growing and developing your territory through new business acquisition and reactivation of dormant accounts
  • Building long-term customer relationships through regular face-to-face visits with independent retailers
  • Driving sales performance by increasing customer spend, repeat business, own-brand product sales, and profitability
  • Managing your sales pipeline, customer activity, and opportunities through the CRM system
  • Working closely with internal teams to deliver outstanding customer service and support
  • Taking full ownership of your territory with a proactive, entrepreneurial approach

What We're Looking For

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Proven success in territory sales, field sales or business development
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills
  • A track record of generating new business
  • Commercial awareness and a results-focused mindset
  • Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
  • Highly organised, self-motivated, and resilient
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Based within, or able to effectively cover, the Greater London region
