This is a field-based position focused on identifying and securing new independent retail customers across Greater London in the flooring sector. You'll generate your own opportunities, meet customers face-to-face and manage the entire sales process from first conversation through to signed business.

Your responsibilities as Field Sales Representative

  • Identify, target and win new independent retail customers across Greater London.
  • Generate appointments through prospecting.
  • Conduct face-to-face customer meetings to understand requirements and present solutions.
  • Negotiate commercial agreements and successfully secure new business.
  • Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and customer records using the CRM system.
  • Deliver territory growth while achieving agreed sales targets.

What we’re looking for in a Field Sales Representative

  • Proven success in field-based sales with a strong focus on new business development.
  • Experience selling products into independent retail customers.
  • Strong communication and commercial negotiation skills.
  • Experience using CRM systems to manage sales activity and opportunities.
  • Full UK driving licence.

Experience selling DIY, FMCG, consumer goods, homewares, office products, building products or similar products into retail environments would be advantageous but is not essential.

Working hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday.
