Typical Responsibilities:

• Purchase invoice input and obtaining approval where necessary.
• Processing of corporate credit card costs ensuring items backed by invoice receipt.
• Preparation of supplier payment listing.
• Review staff expenses, check for correct posting and VAT before finalising the posting.
• Supplier statement reconciliations.
• Petty cash – monthly count, reconciliation and posting.
• Sales – processing of concession sales invoices.
• Preparation of reports and analysis.
• Preparation and maintenance of cashflow.
• Administration.

Essential Requirements:

• Relevant finance / accounting experience
• Efficient administration skills.
• Looking to develop a career in Finance.
• A natural team player who would enjoy being part of fast paced small company.
• Affinity for multi-tasking with strong attention to detail.
• Analytical mindset.
• Proficient working with MS Office, specifically Excel.

Ideally experience of or a willingness to learn:

• Working with Xero accounting software.
• Study towards finance / accounting qualifications.
