What You’ll Be Doing:

• Market & Insurer Relations: Build and maintain long-standing insurer partnerships; negotiate competitive terms.
• Technical Oversight: Ensure accuracy and quality across all commercial placements.
• Team Management: Lead, coach, and develop a broking team of 8.
• Governance & Compliance: Uphold the highest standards in line with FCA regulations.
• Commercial Strategy: Contribute to the firm’s growth, profitability, and operational excellence.
• Internal Collaboration: Work closely with Directors, Compliance, Finance, and Broking teams.

What You’ll Bring:

• CII qualified (DipCII or ACII preferred)
• Strong track record in UK & ideally international commercial insurance
• Deep knowledge of Property Owners, Commercial Combined, and broader commercial lines
• Broking background essential – client-first mindset with insurer negotiation skills
• Leadership ability – a natural communicator, influencer, and motivator
• Strategic thinker with commercial acumen and technical depth
