Head of Commercial Broking, Insurance - North London

This could suit an experienced Commercial Insurance professional with strong understanding of Property Owner and Commercial Combined Insurance Markets who is ready to make a bigger impact and make a career move into a Leadership role. Your focus will be to manage the relationships with the insurers, negotiate deals with the insurers and direct and nurture your team to place correctly to ensure success for the customer.

Expected Qualifications, Skills & Experience:

• CII Qualifications (DipCII or ACII) 
• Proven track record in commercial Insurance.
• Strong background in UK and international commercial insurance markets.
• Solid experience in a broking function.
• Technically proficient across a broad spectrum of commercial lines. 
• Natural leader, with outstanding communication, negotiation and influencing skills.
