Head of Marketing - Brighton

Building on the back of your strong digital marketing experience you will possess a natural affinity with data, have a strong technical marketing skill set and will excel working alongside the Founders and CMO to form, develop and implement the B2B marketing strategy.

Head of Marketing Responsibilities will include:

• Assist in the rebrand of the business and implement a data and performance led multichannel market engagement strategy
• Experiment and implement tactics to boost customer acquisition and retention
• Analyse new and existing campaigns to drive revenue, uncover insight and consumer trends
• Measure and report on digital marketing campaign performance
• Manage, support, and grow the marketing department (currently 4 direct reports)

Head of Marketing experience and competencies required:

• Senior B2B data driven Marketing experience gained within the tech space
• Natural leadership qualities, alongside previous marketing team management
• Experience of working in high growth business environments
• Proven success developing and launching successful growth marketing campaigns
• Goal oriented with a focus on revenue generation
• Strong digital (paid and performance) marketing skills working at scale
• Capability working in an online focused organisation
• Creative approach to problem solving
• Proficiency in MS Office

Head of Marketing Package:

• Basic salary 55k-65k per annum
• Annual company bonus
• Pension contribution
• Private medical insurance
• 20 days holiday (increasing to 25 days)

Location: Central Brighton with occasional travel to London and international travel
