Core responsibilities will typically involve:

  • Onboard and systems training for new clients.
  • Support customers Dynamics 365 platform and the evolution of their solutions.
  • Gather requirements, engage with stakeholders, and shadow workshops.
  • Engage in full project lifecycles on multiple smaller Dynamics 365 projects.
  • Conduit between Client and Development teams on system builds.
  • Support Commercial and Operations Directors in the delivery of projects.
  • Provide relevant industry and process advice to the technical team.
  • Assist in the testing of new releases.

Expected Qualifications, Skills & Experience:

  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Demonstrable experience of MS Dynamics 365 product experience, ideally with CRM and Business Central, in a support, administrative or consultative capacity.
  • Experience of supporting and training users on Dynamics 365 platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Workflows.
  • Good understanding of the MS Office 365 stack.
  • A professional, self-motivated, and driven mindset.
  • Capable working on your own initiative and participating with the team.
  • Ability to manage workloads and time according to internal and external SLA’s.
  • Good attention to detail and investigation skills, prepared to go the “extra mile”.

Ideally:

  • Experience of working within the leisure sector.
