Expected Qualifications, Skills & Experience:

• Degree qualified (or equivalent) in HR, Organisation Development or related discipline.
• Ideally hold a CIPD qualification or be working towards.
• Relevant HR work experience at Business Partner level.
• People orientated and results driven.
• Excellent knowledge of UK employment legislation and HR best practice.
• Experience of working closely with stakeholders to drive results / change initiatives.
• Proficient working with HR systems, naturally comfortable with data.

Highly Desirable Experience:

• Worked in Private and Public Sectors.
• Scale-up / start-up experience.
