Having already honed your HR expertise in a fast-paced and challenging setting, you are now looking to work in a deeper, broader, more rewarding HR Business Partner role. Initially you will be the sole HR resource, given both; the responsibility to set up the HR Function for this Tech Start-up, as well as being a key consultative part of the SLT, contributing HR expertise to business projects.
You will be CIPD qualified, secure with current HR legislation and practices, with an open and approachable, yet commercial mindset. You will also need the appetite and ability to lead, alongside the energy to continually suggest creative ideas and trial innovative work practices. The launch of their cutting-edge App is imminent, and this role will play an integral part in the scaling up of the company, including responsibility for recruitment and talent management.
The start-up has already seen strong uptake of its mental health and wellbeing platform and this role demands a hands-on individual who is as comfortable designing internal HR structures, as they are networking with external HR professionals.
HR Business Partner Package:
Location: This role can be Manchester or London based
UK Travel: approx. 2 weeks per quarter
