Core responsibilities will typically include:

  • Effectively managing the recruitment cycle from executive hires to graduate roles 
  • Directly sourcing candidates for a range of positions
  • Liaising with senior stakeholders in the business to identify recruitment need and support
  • Building and managing relationships with recruitment agencies
  • Interviewing candidates
  • Drafting job descriptions and other media to support recruitment efforts
  • Utilising recruitment software and digital solutions
  • Consistently driving talent attraction via Social Media platforms, Job Boards & LinkedIn
  • Hiring in high-volume/peak periods whilst supporting the Head of Talent
  • Ensuring all right to work checks and hiring compliance is accurate
  • Delivering an outstanding candidate experience throughout the process
  • Organising and attending of regional recruitment events
  • Working with the Head of Talent to support business changes
  • Collaboration with the Director of Strategy and Operations in the delivery of exceptional talent into the business

Expected Qualifications, Skills & Experience:

  • Proven success in: recruitment agency, in-house recruitment or 3rd party recruitment role
  • Strong knowledge of UK and Right to Work legislation
  • Experienced working with and managing systems such as: ATS, job boards, CRM systems
  • Natural passion for people, recruitment and best practice.
  • Outstanding attention to detail, organisation and time management skills
  • Excel working to tight deadlines with fast-paced, and continuously evolving priorities
  • A resilient, flexible, team player who communicates confidently and positively influences
  • Achieved OR keen to commence study for a professional recruitment REC qualification


  • Previous experience of recruiting for sales or finance roles
