Account Manager - Purley

Core responsibilities will typically include:

• Take incoming sales enquiries
• Book appointments for the showroom / external sales team.
• Liaise with internal and external parties on delivery times and supplier prices.
• Prepare, enter, and chase up quotes, updating activity on the CRM system 
• Assist customers with their enquiries and identify leads that may be passed to the Sales Manager 
• Champion new and existing customers, send out samples, and provide timely resolutions.
• Earnestly and efficiently resolve any customer complaints.

Expected Qualifications, Skills & Experience:

• Previous sales / sales support experience, within construction / interior design / joinery / building materials related industry
• Experience of receiving customer calls
• Ability to manage a high volume of emails, replying within strict time frames
• Proficient MS Office skills 
• A confident, positive, and professional telephone manner that makes trusted connections.
• Strong collaboration, always ready to jump in and assist a team member
• Flexible approach to your work, ability to juggle demanding priorities and manage your time.
• Ability to absorb product information (full product training provided)
