Core responsibilities will typically include:

  • Conduct investment research and analysis across various asset classes, including idea generation, financial modelling, valuation, and due diligence
  • Support portfolio monitoring activities such as trade capture, performance tracking, risk analysis, and portfolio construction reviews.
  • Prepare high-quality reports and presentations for the family principals, investment committee, and internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with team members to identify process improvements, maintain accurate data management, and support investment decisions with timely analysis.
  • Assist with operational aspects of the investment process, including fund subscriptions and redemptions, documentation, and compliance-related tasks.
  • Oversee data integrity and manage reporting tools, liaising with custodians, administrators, and service providers as needed.

Expected Qualifications, Skills & Experience:

  • Relevant experience in investment analysis, asset management, or related role.
  • Educated to a Degree standard (or equivalent) in numerical or financial discipline.
  • Demonstrated passion for financial markets and investment strategies
  • Strong investment operations experience (back office).
  • Strong analytical and financial modelling skills
  • Strong attention to detail, ability to manage own workload and priorities.

Ideal:

  • CFA qualifications or working towards (or CAIA)
  • Experience gained in both investment and investment operations (front and back office)
  • Russian speaking.
