Core responsibilities will typically include:

• Assist with portfolio monitoring activities such as performance tracking, risk reporting,
• reconciliation, and portfolio reviews.
• Actively support investment team processes, ensuring timely completion of reporting,
• documentation, and workflow management.
• Liaise with custodians, fund administrators and other external service providers to ensure
• accurate settlement, reporting, and data integrity.
• Support the operational execution of investment activities across public and private markets,
• including trade support, fund subscriptions and redemptions, capital call processing, and
• cash flow coordination.
• Prepare high-quality reports, dashboards, and presentations for the client, the investment
• committee, and internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the team to identify operational efficiencies, improve internal controls, and
• enhance investment process infrastructure.
• Support compliance-related tasks and ensure proper record keeping across investment
• documentation and portfolios
• Provide analytical support on investment research and due diligence projects as needed.

Expected Qualifications, Skills & Experience:

• Relevant experience in investment operations, portfolio support, asset management or related financial role.
• Educated to a Degree standard (or equivalent) in numerical or financial discipline. 
• Good understanding of accounting principles and P&L reporting.
• Highly proficient in MS Excel with financial analysis skills.
• Strong attention to detail, ability to manage own workload and priorities.

Ideal:

• Experience gained in a Multi- Family Office or Single-Family Office.
• Russian speaking
• Familiarity with investment platforms such as Bloomberg and Addepar
