Your Core Responsibilities:

• Leadership & People Management
  • Direct management of a team of 5, with indirect oversight of up to 10
• Operational Management
  • Day-to-day responsibility for the service and maintenance operations
• Customer Contract Management
  • Ensure delivery and renewal of commercial service/maintenance contracts
• Health, Safety & Compliance
  • Uphold the highest standards in workplace safety and regulatory compliance

What We're Looking For:

• Proven track record in a Service / Maintenance Management role
• Strong, people-focused leadership and team management skills
• Experience working with engineering, project admin, and key account teams
• Commercially savvy: able to drive contract renewals, customer retention, cost control and revenue growth
• Excellent working knowledge of Health & Safety regulations and compliance
• Customer-centric approach to service delivery

Even Better If You Have:

• Experience in the fire suppression industry, particularly water mist or fire sprinkler systems
