Core responsibilities will typically include:

  • Work closely with the MD to shape the marketing strategy, deliver hands on
  • Collaborate with Sales Developer
  • Create, develop and manage marketing campaigns
  • Production of marketing material
  • Content creation for all channels, copywriting, proofreading
  • Social media planning and management, SEO
  • Basic production and editing of video content
  • Maintain the website (WordPress)
  • Manage subscribers in Odoo CRM
  • Brand management, internal comms
  • Market research, keeping up to date on marketing trends and industry insights
  • Report on key metrics and ROI
  • Attend trade events

Expected Qualifications, Skills & Experience:

  • Relevant B2B Marketing experience
  • Proven success as a lead marketer in a SME environment (ideally in growth / scale up)
  • Enjoy a strategic and tactical ‘hands on’ approach
  • Experience of running multi-channel marketing campaigns
  • Naturally digital and tech savvy
  • Understand SEO, Google Analytics, AdWords campaigns  
  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite & Canva

  • Proven experience of CRM/email marketing tools and website management via a CMS
