Key responsibilities will typically include:

  • Manage budgets, controls, take responsibility for P&L and maximise profitability,
  • Alongside managing sales forecasting and pricing analysis (including reporting)
  • Proactively manage existing relationships and accounts to enhance sales
  • Develop new business plans that generate incremental growth
  • Negotiate business terms

Ideal Qualifications, Skills & Experience:

  • Experience in a customer-facing Sales role (ideally FMCG, retail or consumer durables)
  • An SME mindset incorporating Excel, Sales Analytics and Project management.
  • Inherent ability to build strong and lasting relationships and drive related projects
  • Persistence to close challenging proposals
  • Strong organisational skills, with an acute attention to detail
  • Any experience or knowledge of supply chain management and processes
  • Creativity to deliver powerful sales presentations
  • Driving licence
