This role would suit a technical customer support professional from either a product based, project administration, estimating, specification or construction background.

Responsibilities will typically include:

  • Mastering the portfolios of beautiful, but technically detailed products
  • Personably supporting, advising and resolving customer product enquiries
  • Seamless resolution of problems and delivering outstanding customer journeys
  • Recording, organizing, and scheduling all relevant product and project information
  • Being the central support to the Account manager and internal parties as needed

As Project Administrator you will have:

  • Systems competence: MS Office suite, ideally CRM, ERP exposure
  • Ability to absorb, record and organize high levels of product detail
  • Outstanding communication skills; clear and concise, by phone or Email
  • A professional, charismatic self-starter who always insists on the best of themself
  • A growth mindset towards learning and collaboration
