Core responsibilities will typically include:

  • Supporting Account Managers and clients with an exceptional customer and project experience
  • Providing efficient administrative and sales support (including raising sales orders, quotes, CRM updates)
  • Coordinating with Operations to ensure timely project updates and resolutions to queries
  • Managing scheduling and project progress through to completion

Essential Qualifications, Skills & Experience:

  • Relevant Sales Support, Project Support, Administration or Customer Service experience.
  • Experience gained in a product-based business.
  • Motivated by customer satisfaction.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, ability to juggle multiple tasks concurrently. 
  • Outstanding communication skills, happy dealing with HNW clients.
  • Competent on MS Office Suite, ability to learn new software (ERP / CRM system).

Desirable:

  • Relevant experience / knowledge of the high-end residential interiors sector or experience liaising with Architects, Designers, Contractors, Site Managers.
