Project Support opportunity: join a growing Projects Team working for a luxury interiors brand. Your focus is to provide a seamless project experience liaising with Site Managers (post sales order) ensuring efficient delivery and customer satisfaction every time.

They are looking for a proactive team player with a ‘can do’ attitude who has; outstanding communication, exceptional attention to detail, ability to juggle multiple project queries and absorb product detail all whilst building trusted customer relationships.
Package: Immediate Start is available
- Monday to Friday: 7.30am-16.30pm
- Basic salary 26-28k per annum doe

Role:
- Provide project admin support
- Ensures outstanding customer and project experience for all customers
- Timey replies to emails and queries from Site Managers
- Engage positively with the appointed Contractor / Site Manager / Customers
- Produce small revisions / quotes for small additional projects once project is live
- Accurate scheduling of customer activities and details kept up to date in the CRM
- Works closely with internal Operations in order to keep customers informed on deliveries
- Manage and report on project pipelines
Experience required:
- Proficient in MS Office
- Experienced using a CRM system
- Experienced in project support (ideally within Construction / Interiors or related Built Sector)
- Ability to juggle multiple projects running concurrently
- Resilience and professionalism when dealing with complaints and always looking how to solve customer challenges
- Adept in delivering a high level of project administration
