Assistant Buyer opportunity to join a fast-paced client in Coulsdon. Immediate start available. 25k basic per annum, 8am-5pm. Excellent career progression.
Your role:
You will place orders with suitable suppliers for dropship orders ensuring goods are delivered on time at the most competitive rate. You will be processing a large number of direct orders daily, managing the main purchasing inbox, 200-300 emails per day, creating product codes, and updating the database with new delivery date information.

- Hours: 8am -5pm Monday to Friday
Essentials:
- Buying / purchasing / procurement administration experience
- Used to managing a very busy inbox
- Natural ability to multitask
- Ability to process a large number of transactions ensuring 100% data accuracy
- Excellent communication; confident liaising internally and externally
- Organised with excellent time management
- Competent in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Desirable:
- Experienced working with an ERP or procurement related software
