Core responsibilities will typically include:

The QA Engineer is responsible for maintaining internal documentation using a variety of internal software and systems.

  • Ensuring the quality of new features and functionality of the Product Suite.
  • Investigating, reproducing and assisting the Dev Team resolving defects.
  • Creating, maintaining and executing feature and regression test plans.
  • Following the QA process guidelines in testing new and existing features and functionalities.
  • Taking ownership of and continually evolving the Quality Assurance process.
  • Working with the Support Department to maintain an excellent level of service.
  • Maintaining list of features requested by customers.
  • Assisting with support ticket reviews.
  • Creating documentation for new features, release notes and internal guidance.
  • Creating internal training videos for new features.

Expected Qualifications, Skills & Experience:

  • Natural ability to take a step back, put yourself in the customers role, and really analyse the users’ needs & functions.
  • Experience in various testing: i.e. acceptance testing, confirmation testing and regression testing.
  • Worked in an agile environment.
  • Exposure to assessing and improving processes.
  • Previously used project tracking software (such as Jira, YouTrack, Shortcut).
  • Meticulous attention to detail, spotting the small mistakes.
  • Methodical, strong communicator, and articulate approach.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Driving licence and own transport (HQ based on Business Park).
