Senior Quantity Surveyor / Commercial Manager

Salary: £85,000 + Uncapped Bonus + Company Electric Car Scheme / Car Allowance

Join a growing specialist subcontractor delivering projects across data centres, defence, healthcare, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, electronics and logistics sectors.

Following sustained year-on-year growth they are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor, Senior QS or Commercial Manager to help drive commercial performance across a rewarding blend of projects ranging from £300k to £2m.

Unlike many larger organisations, your contribution will be visible, valued and rewarded. You'll work closely with the leadership team and have the opportunity to build and shape the commercial function while building a long-term career within a growing established business.

You'll play a key role in contract management, commercial strategy, cash flow, procurement and project profitability, working closely with our Project Management, Pre-Construction and Finance teams.

About You

• Quantity Surveyor, Senior QS or Commercial Manager experience
• Background in M&E, construction or specialist subcontracting preferred
• Strong NEC and JCT contract knowledge
• Experience managing projects valued at £1m+
• Commercially astute with strong negotiation skills
• Full UK driving licence
