Reward Manager, Contract - Slough

Basic to 50k + Car Allowance + Remote Working

Core responsibilities will typically include:

  • Consult with colleagues to agree and support development of initiatives and projects.
  • Benchmark comparable companies to maintain market position and capture best practice.
  • Manage grade allocation for new roles and review existing roles using job evaluation process.
  • Uses metrics, reporting and data to enable an analysis of Compensation and Benefits’ trends.
  • Ensure effective selection and management of 3rd party vendors and agreements.
  • Develop and deliver consistent Compensation and Benefits’ policies and processes.
  • Drive the development and provision of guidelines relating to all pension schemes.
  • Manage the provision of all benefits and associated providers.
  • Ensure Reward and Recognition platform is correct, relevant, and up to date.
  • Manage or partake in Reward related or cross-functional projects.
  • Informs, advises, and consults stakeholders on trends within Benefits programmes.

Expected Qualifications, Skills & Experience:

  • Experienced Rewards Specialist OR HR Generalist with experience in Rewards.
  • Degree level with an aptitude for data and problem solving,
  • Experience working with very senior stakeholders in a corporate environment.
  • Ability to coach, influence, lead and engage leaders and managers.
  • A good representative working with external stakeholders and network contacts.
  • Organised, and able to deliver multiple projects and initiatives on time and within budget.
  • A confident presenter able to handle questions and challenges positively.
  • Collaborative, working well across different functions: remaining personable and engaging.
  • Strong MS Office including Excel.

Ideally: CIPD qualified
