Surveyor, Commercial Flooring - Birmingham

Typical Duties will include:

• Conduct on-site inspections to assess flooring needs and conditions.  
• Place, measure and record accurate moisture readings.
• Consult with clients to understand their requirements.
• Assist in preparing survey reports.
• Ensure all measurements adhere to safety, building, and industry standards.  

The successful candidate:

• Relevant experience in flooring, surveying, or a related field.
• Familiarity with a range of flooring materials, including subfloor preparation, wood, laminate, vinyl, and carpet.    
• Knowledge of relevant building regulations, specifically related to the installation of flooring.  
• Attention to detail, and strong problem-solving skills.  
• Excellent communication skills.  
• Ability to understand and interpret technical specifications.   
• Full driving licence.
