Workshop Production Assistant - Borough Green

Immediate start available. Full Training provided. Would suit candidates with a carpentry skillset or a carpentry qualification looking for an entry level role.

Broad Core Responsibilities:

• Manufacturing and fabrication of GRP stair edges and handrail units.
• Working with machinery & tools: bench saws, wall saws, pillar drills, hand power tools & adhesives.
• Maintaining a tidy workshop.

Essential Experience:

• Carpentry / woodwork experience.
• Used to working with saws / hand power tools.
• Ability to read a basic technical drawing / willingness to learn.
• Attention to detail.
• Practical mindset.
• Excellent communication skills and enjoy working as a team.
